2008 recalled!

Another hour, another day, another month and another year..
The seasons change, from the summer's sunshine to fall of leaves, winter's snow to the colorful spring..
Well, there's been a lot that has happened this year.

In my memoir 2008 will be one of the most significant of years.. n why not?? 2008 has really been a very beautiful one of me..it did bring with it the kind of LOVE that i have always pictured myself with..a feeling of being swept off my feet..hahhaa ;) And yeah there it was.. the wedding bells ringing..!!

Along with it came new relationships.. Wife.. Daughter-in-law.. sister-in-law.. co-sister.. an aunt ..mmm.. tht's it i guess.. or have i missed anythin out?? one wedding and soo many roles i get to play.. amazing!!

With travel , all the way to the United States, least of which i expected.., 2008 brought in a sad part as well.. Parting! Bidding good-byes to my dear ones.. my dad, bro, doggy, friends, cousins, my cute li'l room,.. n even the city i hail from.. Bangalore!! all that i dearly miss..

And here i was with a new person in a new relationship trying to explore my new world; a world filled with a lotta different feelings. Each feeling retaliating the other., be it love, happiness, joy, excitement, optimism, responsibility and contentment on one hand or pain, frustration, irritation, aggravation, solitude, insecurity and possessiveness on the other..but with moments passing, the latter feelings just withered away to groom me into a more mature young lady to handle different situations better..

While i was in the midst of settling in my own little world, the transition 2008 brought to the Bigger World just couldn't be ignored. Very important events occured to enter the books of History such as Obama, First Afro-American being elected in the Presidential elections in the U.S, the Olympics at China, Chandrayaan- India's first mission to the moon; the depreciating world economy, the terror attacks in mumbai, the earthquake in China or the Hurricanes in Texas can never go unmentioned.

With only some hours left to say adios to 2008 as the New Year unfolds and with the hope for better things to come here i enter another world.. the World of blogging!!!
Better late than never.. :D
